Great rate, but lacking information on appliances and instruction.
The apartment was as described. Quite small, but fine for one person. There is no where to hang clothing so you need to be prepared to live out of your suitcase. The metro runs beneath the apartment, so you hear rumbling every time a train goes by. My biggest complaint was trying to get the tv and the cooktop to work. When I reached out to management, I received basic instructions that I had already tried. when I reached out about the cooktop, I was sent a YouTube video in French, which was of no help to me. I didn't bother to try with the tv a second time because I was leaving the next day. I never was able to get either to work. I also reached out for specifics on where the garbage was to be left. The only response was "in the courtyard." I was able to listen for someone taking out the trash to find it for myself. All of this could have been fixed if there was instructions for all of these things, left in the apartment. I have stayed in many apartments and this is the norm. I'm not sure why the management wouldn't have this. It would save everyone time and effort.
