En réservant une chambre sur hotels. com, je croyais, étant donné le prix (!) avoir droit à une chambre agréable dans un hôtel avec une réception et un accueil. Au lieu de cela, j'ai reçu un mail avec un lien pour ouvrir une porte défraîchie d'un viel immeuble parisien. Dans ce mail, le code pour récupérer les clés de la chambre n'était pas visible. Heureusement que j'ai rencontré des personnes qui ont appelé un numéro pour que j'ai quelqu'un qui me donne le code. Je suis arrivée dans la chambre et j'ai immédiatement senti une chaleur épouvantable ! La fenêtre n'a pas de volet, le rideau ne peut pas faire barrage à la chaleur. Les ventilateur brasse de l'air chaud. Il fait 30 degrés depuis mon arrivée au 48 rue de Turbigo. "Cosy Room", tel était le nom de l'établissement sur le site de hotels.com Je vais avancer mon départ de 24 heures. Je quitte la chambre sauna le mardi 24 au lieu du 25 et je demande le remboursement de la dernière nuitée en raison du préjudice subi. Mon séjour aura été un cauchemar. Je suis exténuée car je ne peux pas dormir avec 30 degrés ! J'estime être en droit d'obtenir une petite compensation. Le prix de vos chambres est cher au regard du manque de maîtrise d'une température correcte. Autre chose, le petit escalier aux marches étroites n'a pas de lumière le soir. En face des chambres sur rue, il y a un hôtel bizarre avec beaucoup de passage, des personnes assises sur le trottoir tard le soir. Pour une personne de 71 ans, tout ça est trop à
