location was great. Clear and precise communication from the property managers. Apartment was clean and has a good bathroom and kitchen. It was too hot and the bed room was too tiny. In august you need an air conditioner. You need 2 fans if more than 2 people are staying.Then it was also too noisy. The quality of windows needs to improve and there was no curtain in one window.

Check-in was smooth, however access instructions were given 1-2 days before travel which caused some nervousness. The small flat is located on the 1st floor. Space is suitable for up to 3 adults.Good location with Metro/Bus connections approx 10-15 mins walk. Location felt safe, flat is on a narrow clean road with lots of good shops/restaurants and a good bolongerie/bakery 5 mins walk away - great for fresh breakfast/lunch (crossaints/baguettes/paninis sandwiches etc).Spiral Staircase to flat is narrow (normal in Paris?), so large/heavy suitcases may be a little difficult to take up. Bedroom, Kitchen & Bathroom facilities were good & clean. Plenty of plates/glasses/cutlery/washing up liquid/soap etc. Microwave, kettle and hob worked well, pots/pan available too. Clean towels and toiletries were also supplied. There is a good size washing machine(8kg). Sofa bed was comfortable. Plenty of pillows/bedsheets etc.TV/WiFi worked well. Minor issues within the apartment need attention, e.g. one set of french windows lacked a privacy shade but not a big issue. Water flow in kitchen sink is low, although not a problem in the bathroom. Coffee pods/tea was supplied but the coffee machine leaked water, so couldn't use. Overall, good stay - as we were out all days (4 nights) these issues didn't bother us.

Leider hatten wir keine gute Erfahrung mit dieser Unterkunft. Die Lage war super. Der Check-in und -out lief sehr gut mit Schlüsselkasten. Early-Check-in & Late-Check-out wäre ebenfalls möglich gewesen, jedoch mit Aufpreis. Beim Betreten der Wohnung haben wir jedoch festgestellt, dass es nur 2x Handtücher und 2x Bettbezüge gibt. Wir haben für 3 Personen gebucht, leider gab es kein Bettlaken, Handtücher oder Bettbezüge für die 3. Person (Schlafsofa). Gastgeber hat erst nach mehreren Mails, verpassten Anrufen und WhatsApp-Nachrichten 24 Stunden später reagiert, finde ich persönlich sehr unseriös wenn man mit einer 24/7-Betreuung wirbt. Wir mussten uns dementsprechend selber um Bettwäsche, etc. kümmern und es nachkaufen. Als wir diese waschen wollten in der vorhandenen Waschmaschine, lief diese aus und wir mussten in der Nacht noch den Badezimmerboden aufwischen. Zudem hat sich das Wasser im Waschbecken gestaut und ist lange nicht abgelaufen. Direkt gemeldet - ebenfalls wieder keine schnelle Reaktion vom Gastgeber. Erst am nächsten Nachmittag bekamen wir eine Rückmeldung. Leider hat diese Unterkunft und der Service des Gastgebers unseren gesamten Aufenthalt in Paris negativ beeinträchtigt. Würde ich definitiv nicht noch einmal buchen.
