The location was very close to public transportation. The bus stop was directly in front of the door of the flat. The metro was just around the corner. It made navigating the city easy we were about 15 minute using public transportation from the Eiffel Tower. There was a small kitchen but everything needed: fridge, stove, sink, microwave and dishes. Bathroom was great. The only issue we had was we are 6* feet tall and couldn’t stand up straight in the tub/shower but that was workable. When we arrived the room was neat and tidy. We opened the windows at night which made it very comfortable temperature wise. Our complaint however was with the bed…the frame to be exact. It was broken and we realized after our first rough nights sleep (we got in late and went straight to bed and in the morning looked under to see several broken boards handing down. It was reported but not fixed during our 6 night stay. We ended up moving the frame against the wall and putting the mattress directly in the floor so that we could sleep flat. That was a bit of a disappointment since we really were only there to sleep.

Die Wohnung Nr. 15 ist gut erreichbar über die Metrostation "Balard" (Endstation M8) und liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Parc André Citroën.Leider ist die Umgebung morgens ab 6 Uhr recht laut, so dass ausschlafen schwer möglich ist. Auch lässt sich das obere Dachfenster nicht wirklich verdunkeln.Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre genommen und müsste mal renoviert werden (Löcher in der Wand, Seitenwand der Badewanne und Abdeckung neben der Toilette sind eingebrochen, die Küchenschränke stark abgenutzt). In der Küche sind Geschirr znd Töpfe vorhanden sowie auch eine Kaffeemaschine und ein Wasserkocher. Sehr nett ist, dass es auch Kaffeekapseln und Teebeutel sowie ein paar Keks angeboten werden.Der vorhndene Fernseher funktioniet leider nicht, war aber nicht so tragisch.Das größte Problem der Wohnung ist jedoch, dass das Badefenster verschraubt ist und somit nach dem Duschen nicht ausreichend gelüftet werden kann. Die Wohnung ist daher feucht und riecht sehr stark nach Schimmel. Ein längerer Aufenthalt in der Wohnung ist daher nicht möglich und lässt den Wohlfühlfaktor auf Null sinken. Wir haben nur die unbedingt notwendige Zeit in Zimmer verbracht. Auf Mails bzgl. des Zustands der Wohnung und dem Wunsch eines Wechsels wurde nicht reagiert. Sehr schade, da die Wohnung definitv Potential hat!
