Summary:

Our 17m² ground-floor studio, newly renovated, is the perfect Parisian pied-à-terre, right in the heart of the city!

This charming and bright space, featuring exposed antique beams and two double-glazed windows, is ultra-functional—ideal for solo stays or couples.



The living area includes a high table with stools, a double bed, closets, and a kitchenette (refrigerator, electric cooktop, microwave). Finally, the shower room is equipped with a vanity, WC, and washing machine.



The Space:

- 5th floor, no elevator.

- Travel cot + mattress + fitted sheet = 20€ for the entire duration of your stay

The host was welcoming and the apartment was as expected! It's a very small unit but has a lovely view and is in a vibrant and busy area of the city. Bathroom was tight fitting as well, but clean and updated. The amenities mentioned in the listing were as present and that matters to me. Hair dyer, ironing board, iron, just to name a few. As a individual traveler, this was a great place. Two people could make it work, but not great for any larger parties. I would stay here again and think the apartment was a cozy little place to stay.
