Nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement à l'odeur nauséabonde d'excréments, les toilettes refoulaient dans le bac de douche, travaux faits de bric et de broc. Appartement humide, sans aération, unique fenêtre ouvrant sur une minuscule courette encombrée de matériel de travaux. Travaux permanents dans les parties communes. Fuite en plus dans la salle de bain. Literie inconfortable. Cet appartement n'est pas décent et n'est pas en état d'être loué surtout à ce prix.
