Not as expected

The check in process was rough. The bed was horrible. The window doesn't close all the way. There was no access to the wifi as advertised, which was critical for us. We canceled after one night and still haven't gotten our refund.

Für das Geld okay aber mehr auch nicht

Die Kommunikation fand ausschließlich auf Französisch statt. Der Check in Vorgang war uns bis zur Ankunft ein Rätsel. Es hieß, die Schlüssel werden persönlich übergeben, im Endeffekt musste man sie aber nach einem Video suchen. Der Check out war leider auch nicht klar geregelt. Und auch nicht kommuniziert wo man die Schlüssel hinterlegen sollte. Leider chaotischer als gedacht... Die Sauberkeit des Apartments ließ zu wünschen übrig (Fremde Haare in der Dusche, der Abfluss vom Waschbecken ging nicht, Boden klebrig, Ecken mit Staubmäusen). Die Ausstattung des Apartments war okay. Küche wie angegeben, WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei und Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage war inbegriffen. Das war gut. Die Anbindung an Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel war auch gut. Innerhalb von 30 Minuten war man in der Innenstadt. Man muss wissen, dass St. Denis nicht das beste Viertel ist, die Wohnung liegt dort aber in der besseren Gegend. Die Wohnung weicht von den Bildern online etwas ab. Wenn man französisch spricht und nur zum Schlafen im Apartment ist, ist es eine gute Alternative, man darf aber keinesfalls zu viel erwarten.
