Superb apartment of 67 m2 bright and cozy, close to the Parc des Expositions where the famous Foire de Paris takes place, the agricultural fair as well as many events throughout the year... A few steps from the large Le Dôme de Paris performance hall where many artists and fabulous musicals perform. There are many bus and tram stops. 15 minutes by metro from the Eiffel Tower, it is very easy to get around

My kids and I enjoyed our stay here. Having a teenage girl and boy, it’s hard finding hotels now without purchasing another room. This place was perfect for us. Everyone had there own bedroom which is fantastic. We only enjoyed the pizza in the area on the first night but I’m sure the dining around there is good. This place was easy to locate and it had everything we needed. The metro station is super close and very easy to figure out. We opted for Uber most days, which I have to say was reasonable priced. I would recommend this place.
