Very quiet building with an exceptional, unobstructed view of a monument in Eiffel style (Les Halles Secretan). The neighborhood is up-and-coming, well-served by public transport, and has all amenities nearby (parks, bars, restaurants, cinema, climbing gym, butcher, cheese shop, bakery, gourmet grocery stores...).
