Atrocious communication from check my guest. I was begging them to give us check in info the day before our trip. Inaccurate information re wifi and impossible to call them. Plus no instructions on how to work the hot water and heating. We fiddled with the boiler but the showers ran cold. No washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets. Very tired paintwork with bit scuffs and scratches. The slatted blinds in each room were dilapidated and broken. I see a previous guest mentioned that and nothing was done to rectify, despite cmg saying how can we improve. Also one of the dining chairs was on the point of collapse. On the plus side the apartment was clean and quiet. And well located. I will avoid check my guest in the future.

Nice place overall. Comfortable beds. Lots of room.Access was easy, but not given in VRBO app. Payment had to be made via BelVilla, and key was provided via checkmyguest. Very complicated.Communications were bad. Vrbo messages ignored.Minimal hot water for sleeping so many people. Any more than 3-4 minutes and the two of the three showers turned freezing. Also, sink in front room was really slow to drain.There is no place to hang clothes on hangers. We had many garments for a wedding and this was a challenge.The washing machine is in very bad shape. It’s very loud, and vibrates so hard I was worried it would fly apart, even with very small loads. (It’s also VERY small in general. Maybe 3-5 articles of clothing, max.)The bathrooms stink badly unless you leave the lights on to keep the fan running. Beware it’s loud on the street. 1st floor too. Not bad, just worth mentioning.Next apartment neighbors were also loud, but think it’s also a short term rental. This place shares a door between units, which made it even louder.Location is excellent. Not sure I’d go back to this place, though.

Nice apartment and nice location.We ran into problems and they were too slow to fix or did not fix.Check in was one hour late.Found a mouse in the apartment on Saturday, they did not do anything, we took care of it. They came on Tuesday just one hour before we checked out to treat the apartment. We pleaded with them to come an hour later so we all could out of the apartment but they insisted on coming at 9 am cutting our time in the apartment.We reported that sinks are draining slowly, no response from them.

Dream trip to Paris

We arrived and loved the neighborhood and the apartment. It was big enough for our group. The bathrooms were small but adequate for us It was hot weather but the apartment was comfortable. We loved the kitchen and the ability to wash some clothes. The Wifi took a bit to figure out but luckily we had a tech savvy person in our group. It was a magical week in Paris.

Series of small disappointments

Great location. And a cute apartment A few small things that detracted from the stay, like no hand soap in one of the bathrooms, the size of the beds being different than what was stated in the description (no king beds; 3 full size and 2 twins), and the blinds in the bedrooms have broken slats and are too thin to block out the street lights or the sun. But the bigger issue was the lack of usability of 2 of the 3 showers. When using one of the showers on the first night, it would not drain water quickly enough, causing the shower pan to fill with water and overflow onto the floor. We did not use this shower again. When using one of the other showers on the third night, we noticed water flowing into the kitchen from under the oven. We let the management company know about both of these issues. Neither issue was adequately addressed during our stay, which left us with only 1 working shower for 4 people. The lack of follow through and communication was disappointing.

Weekend in Paris!

We absolutely loved our stay! I stayed here with 8 friends for the weekend and it was perfect. In the coolest neighborhood ever, just a short metro ride from lots of sightseeing. The beds were very comfy and communication was easy. The only issue we had was the wifi which did not work upon arrival, and once working only worked in the living room of the home. It was easy to see past this though. Would definitely recommend!
