The Space:

Superb, quiet and highly functional studio apartment, the perfect pied-à-terre for a successful Parisian vacation, five minutes away from Opera and Galeries Lafayettes.



Spacious, functional and completely refurbished apartment! It's perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you're staying with friends, family or business.



The apartment features a convertible sofa bed for 2 people with new, extremely comfortable bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a lounge area with TV and WIFI access.



On entering the apartment, you'll find :



- a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans...),

- a sitting area with TV,

- a convertible sofa bed for 2 (140 by 200),

- a storage space,

- a bathroom with shower and toilet, very comfortable and fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels...).

- an iron and an ironing board.



Unlimited access to high-speed Wi-Fi Internet.

Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

Route: Board the RER B train to Gare du Nord. Transfer to Metro Line 7 (direction La Courneuve), and alight at Chaussée d'Antin – La Fayette.

If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.



Family-Friendly Services:

Cot and High Chair: Available upon request with 72 hours' notice and subject to availability. Please note that baby linen is not provided.



Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-In Time: From 3:00 pm.

Early Check-Ins/Late Check-Outs: Availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.



Deposit Requirement:

Deposit: €250, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines:

Noise: Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.

Construction: Please be aware of construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.



Internet Access:

Usage: Kindly avoid unauthorized online activities. We are not responsible for connection malfunctions.

NB: We would like to inform you that the internet connection is currently unavailable. We are doing our best to get the network back up and running as soon as possible. Unfortunately, as this is beyond our control, we cannot accept any complaints about the situation and all requests for refunds will be refused.



Age Requirement:

Minimum Age: 21 years to make a reservation. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed entry only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. No refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
