In my first room (119) the air-con did not work, the desk seat was broken and desk lamp faulty. They changed my room to 511, here the TV had a fault and I could not charge my shaver as the shaver socket on the hair dryer did not work. Outside there was rubbish that did not get cleared up for the Friday to Monday for my stay.

The accommodation was reasonably priced by Paris standards, it was clean and a short walk from Porte d'Italie meto station. It was also close to an untouristy high street which was interesting. On the minus side there was no storage space in the room art from some hangars so almst everything stayed in the suitcase. Paris is an international destination so it was surprising that there were no non French TV stations.

I am from india I am a sports coach we had a tournament in France near by this hotel. We had stay of 5 night on the check-in day the hotel staff as deposit 150EUR which is refundable by checkout day. On the check out day they said the payment will be refund by 9pm.but there is no payment received in my account. There are not replying the mail and no response from the hotel. This is not at all good..

En général, assez propre. Mais il faisait très chaud dans la chambre et l’aération ne fonctionnait pas. Ça tournait mais aucune chaleur froide et des gouttes d’eau tombaient du plafond. Un insecte était dans mes rideau (un cafard il me semble). Je trouve qu’il manquait un petit frigo et une brosse à dent dentifrice à disposition. Ok pour une nuit voir deux. Attention il faut laisser 150€ de caution (qui est retourné à la fin du séjour) je n’avais pas vu cette information (je ne sais pas si cela était spécifié dans l’annonce de l’hôtel) mais prévoyez cette argent si vous n’avez pas de carte de crédit

Nice hotel with convenient transport options

Good location in Port D'Italie with convenient access to a metro & tram station. Wifi worked well inside the room. Front desk were easy to deal with and adhered strictly to social distancing procedures (incl. sanitising and wearing a face mask). Would stay here again if we returned to London!
