The lively Rue des Martyrs, known for its independent food shops and boulangeries, is a ten-minute walk. Montmartre is fifteen minutes away, and the Grands Boulevards entertainment district is just around the corner.

The apartment is well served by public transport:

- Havre – Caumartin (Metro lines 3 & 9) - 3 minutes on foot

- Trinité – d'Estienne d'Orves (Metro line 12) - 4 minutes on foot

- Saint-Lazare (Metro lines 3, 12, 13 & 14 + RER A, C & E) - 6 minutes on foot

- A Vélib' bicycle station is located within a few minutes' walk for those who prefer to explore Paris on two wheels.

- Taxis can be booked via the guest platform.
