Tiny with flooding shower

Cramped apartment on sixth floor with no lift in a bad area with a shower that floods the bathroom and never dries. The host required I contact a private mobile number to check in and then contacted me off of vrbo late at night and tried to charge me for made up damages including unplugging the tv.
