Enjoy with your family this wonderful 2 floor flat with double exposure and a very large terrace oriented south.

This flat has very large spaces, it is bright and clean.

It is next to the underground station (line 7), a few hundreds of meters from Paris and the Parc de la Villette.

It is situated in a quiet building where everyone knows each other. It is on the first floor with stairs.

It is really appropriate for a family with a double bed with a quality mattress (Simmons pocket spring) and 3 more beddings in the other room with one trundle bed 80X200cm that can be doubled to 2x80x200cm and a child’s bed that can be transformed from 80x120cm to 80x200cm.

The minimum stay is 4 nights.

All towels, new or almost new, are included. A professional quality cleaning is done before every renting.

The building is old and situated in the near suburbs of Paris (800 meters approximatively). It is my main place with my 5 year old daughter.
It is suitable for people who like this type of building and look for a large and very confortable place, that is very well connected to Paris, with a very economic budget.

A parking lot can be available on demand at 20€/day.

I am an artist and am here to give you advices and addresses about the cultural life in Paris and outside.

Wir waren zufrieden

Die Unterkunft war sauber und uns hat es an Nichts gefehlt. Sehr schöne Trachtenrasse. Kurze Wege zu Bahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und spricht ein gutes Englisch. Bei der Anreise mit dem Auto bitte um eine Parkmöglichkeit in einer Tiefgarage kümmern. Es gibt auch eine spezielle App für Parkhäuser. Wir haben unser Fahrzeug für drei Tage im Parkhaus des Komunaltheaters geparkt. Wir wurden von Passanten zwei mal darauf hingewiesen die Handys aus dem Blickfeld in eine Tasche zu verstauen. Ganz Paris ist für Taschendiebe bekannt. Unser Fehler. Eigentlich weiß man das. Preis Leistung war für uns in Ordnung.

A great place close to central Paris

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment in the Paris suburb of Aubervilliers. The place was clean and had all the necessary household equipment, including a modern stove, a dishwasher and wi-fi. (No tv, but we didn't mind that.) Our host was super friendly and offered to help with anything we needed. He speaks English, French and some German. The apartment is on two levels connected by a *very* steep staircase, which perhaps should be mentioned for guests with mobility impairments. We loved the large outdoor area / roof terrace, which has some chairs and a table. It is a quiet and peaceful place in what otherwise seems to be a bit of a rough neighborhood. This is not a luxury apartment, but it is charming and is conveniently close to the metro and to central Paris. It would be hard to find anything more economical in this kind of location. 5 stars, and we hope we can return soon!
