- a large living room with a comfortable, one person sofa bed,
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a bedroom with two single beds,
- a well-equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, hotplates),
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment.

- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€

In a lively neighborhood, you will be in a neighborhood close to numerous stores; you will be notably just 5 min away from two of the largest shopping centers in the Paris region: Val d'Europe and La Vallée Village. You will also have the choice between numerous restaurants, we recommend you the gastronomic restaurant Femezon. Lastly, thanks to public transport, you will have easy access to the center of Paris to enjoy all its emblematic places and monuments.
