Stay Away from Booking This Apartment
Do not book this apartment — save your money and stay elsewhere! The management company and host do not care about their customers. Pros:-Excellent location, very convenient to major tourist attractions.-Three showers made it easier for everyone to get ready at the same time.-Plenty of towels were provided.-The balcony offers a nice view.Cons:Non-functional Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi did not work for our entire stay. I contacted customer support twice a day for four consecutive days, and nothing was resolved. On the second day, I was told someone would stop by — no one ever came. Despite also reaching out to both Checkmyguest and Belvilla Services, no one followed up. Ironically, on our checkout day, the management company called me six times in 20 minutes when we were slightly delayed getting back to the apartment for a late check out we paid for— proving they knew exactly how to reach me but chose not to fix the issue during our stay. Poor lighting: Several wall lights did not work, particularly in the two corner bedrooms that had no ceiling lights. This made it difficult to use the rooms at night.Hazardous flooring: The entryway had multiple missing floorboards, and the flooring throughout the apartment was warped and uneven — creating a serious tripping hazard.Street noise: Even with the balcony doors closed, the apartment was very noisy at night.Lack of cleanliness: The apartment was dusty throughout and the mattress and covers were stained.
