Équipements: Sommier défectueux, sommeil perturbé. Porte-fenêtre donnant sur la cour intérieure de l’immeuble, impossible à verrouiller car absence de clé. Aucune sécurité! Apparemment accessible à n’importe qui. Accès à l’appartement: une marche descendante non signalée. D’où Danger! Car le couloir d’accès à l’appartement non éclairé. De plus, forte odeur de shit. Accueil : Tous ces problèmes signalés au début de notre séjour par courriel à belvilla@checkmyguest.fr. n’ont entrainé aucune réaction pour les éliminer. Nous sommes en France, je parle français. J’ai demandé d’avoir des réponses en français, sans succès, car leurs réponses ont été formulées en anglais. En conséquence, devant tous ces désagréments, je vous demande expressément de procéder au remboursement, par retour. Sans réponse de votre part, je compte transmettre le dossier avec les photos et vidéos, pour intervention à la Direction Générale des Fraudes et de la Consommation.

Matelas creusé au milieu, difficile de dormir à 2 adultes.Pas possibilité de courant d'air car non traversant, donc légère odeur de renfermé.Porte d'entrée pas assez insonorisée donc claquement de porte des voisins très audible.Sinon, appartement très propre, tout à disposition, serviettes en nombre.Dosettes de café en nombre, bouteilles d'eau au frigo. Quartier calme.
