Nestled in the peaceful, family-friendly Square Bolivar, this 35 m² apartment is an invitation to relaxation and comfort in the heart of Paris. Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, this apartment can accommodate 1 to 4 people. It comprises :

- a bright living room with a sofa bed and a workspace,
- a separate kitchen with dining area, equipped with everything you need: microwave, hob, thermomix, Nutribullet blender, electric juicer, fridge, freezer,
- spacious bedroom with double bed (150 cm),
- bathroom with shower and WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, fan,
- stereo system, Wifi and books.
Cots can be rented on request, subject to availability.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9 p.m. and midnight: €25
- Check-in between midnight and 6 a.m.: 44e
