Check in is confusing. You need to go to one place and then 8 min walk to the actual unit. I paid for an early check in but it wasn’t ready. At least we could drop our bags off while they cleaned. Apartment is as described and air conditioning works well.

Inaccurate location description.

The flat is listed as St Germain des Pres but it is nowhere near. Very inaccurate description. It is further south, toward Montparnasse in the 14th arrondissement. It is in a strange block of apartments and we would not recommend it. The front door was very flimsy and did not feel secure.Unfortunately there was a leak just above the sofa bed when we arrived very late at night, with two buckets laid out. Also, having requested the sofa bed, it was not made up, so one adult had to sleep on a stained mattress with no sheet or other bed linen! We moved out the next morning and VRBO refunded us fully.
