Alles bestens und ein freundlicher Vermieter

Eine tolle kleine Wohnung nahe der Innenstadt. Bis zur Metro nur wenige Minuten. Yves war sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Das auch noch ein Tiefgaragenplatz vorhanden ist rundet es ab. Veilen Dank wir kommen gerne wieder

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, rempli de visites, spectacles et expositions. L'appartement (prêt de la ligne de métro 1 qui traverse Paris d'est en ouest en passant par le centre, et de la ligne 9), nous a permis de circuler rapidement ...et de bien récupérer! Le confort et le nécessaire étaient présents. En plus, nos hôtes ont été charmants, accommodants et réactifs. Nous y reviendrions avec plaisir.

la place de parking : un sacré plus !

Accueil parfait, propriétaire super arrangeant sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ, appartement vraiment idéalement placé et très agréable, et le plus : un emplacement sécurisé pour la voiture (qu'on troque volontiers contre le métro et le bus). Le seul petit bémol serait le bruit occasionné par les livraisons faites au Castorama … mais Paris c'est la ville !! Bref, un séjour très agréable pour toute notre famille.

Appartement agréable, très bien situé

Appartement agréable, très bien situé, très confortable, bien équipé. L'accueil est personnalisé, très agréable. Le seul petit bémol est le bruit venant de la rue car les fenêtres sont mal isolées. La rue est calme, mais dès qu'une voiture passe, on l'entend. Je recommande cet appartement.
