Zero communication, broken shower, not ready for 3 guests
The location was ok. Close to metros. Broken shower head, only prepped for 2 guests despite 3 as advertised and paid for. When I called and requested a pillow/sheets for 3rd guest was told "no worries", no one ever brought these. Shower is dangerous and broken. I called to report and was automatically hung up on. I emailed, all attempts went ignored. Still no contact from any Mr. Cohen who was listed as the agent. Initial instructions on entering the unit by producing a voucher were incorrect. Waited an hour for a call back with correct entrance instructions upon arrival. Neighbors party from 11pm-6am blasting music with complete disregard for anyone around them in other apartments. Will never go back. Completely uncomfortable in Paris heat with a broken shower. Unit was clean.
