The suggestive pergola communicating with the delightful garden overlooking the sea allows you to enjoy a breathtaking view of the island of Stromboli at sunset.
The "Costa dei Monaci" Village is made up exclusively of private residences.
The villa consists of a large living room, built-in kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large paved patio and a courtyard area at the back for parking 3 cars. One of the three bedrooms is set up with two matching single beds and can therefore be prepared, at the guests' discretion, either as a double room or as a twin room.
All rooms of the house are equipped with "Fan Coil" heat pump (hot / cold) to be able to air condition the house in all seasons of the year.
In the living room there is a 32" flat-screen LED TV connected to a satellite decoder complete with "Smart Card" to allow free viewing of all Italian and foreign satellite channels.
In the delightful planted green garden there are deckchairs and chaise longues for pleasant moments of relaxation.
A brick barbecue is available to guests to prepare tasty grilled dishes.
In both bathrooms there is a built-in shower. A third outdoor shower with hot water is located at the back of the house.

The "Costa dei Monaci" Village is 4 km from the characteristic Parghelia (5 minute drive), 7 km from the renowned Tropea (10 minute drive), 18 km from Capo Vaticano and 24 km from Pizzo Calabro.
The main entrance of the "Costa dei Monaci" Village is located along State Road 522 (SS 522) right at the 28 Km sign, visible on the side of the road, in Fornaci - a hamlet of Parghelia.
The SS 522 is the coastal road that runs along the coast of the renowned "Costa degli Dei" and connects Pizzo Calabro to Capo Vaticano, passing through Zambrone, Parghelia and Tropea.
The villa is equipped with a storage room - laundry room where there is a washing machine and a second service fridge/freezer.
Bed linen and towels (shower, face and hand towels) are provided and are included in the house equipment. For cooler evenings, guests are also provided with bed blankets and throws.
However, inside the Villa there is a washing machine, two drying racks, an iron and an ironing board available to guests.

The beach inside the Village is easily reachable either by walking down the Village road (5 minutes - 150 meters) or by your own car: free parking of only one car is allowed for each villa inside the car park condominium in front of the beach.
Guests, at their discretion, can choose to access the services offered for a fee by the Lido "Fornaci" or freely and free use of the free beach with their own equipment. The bar and restaurant are however freely accessible to all for a fee.
