Beautiful air-conditioned apartment of 95 square meters. on the 2nd floor of a family building immersed in the tranquility and greenery of Franciacorta. It is accessed by external stairs to the huge balcony that precedes the entrance. Large kitchen with peninsula, living room with sofa and TV, a double bedroom and two other separate bedrooms. There are spacious wardrobes, closet / ironing room, 1 bathroom with shower and bidet, 1 laundry room with toilet and washing machine. It is possible to park your car in front of the house. The house is just under 8 km. from the A4 motorway (Palazzolo exit), 6 km from Iseo, 30 from Brescia and Bergamo.
