fantastic location

perfect retreat for a couple , small unit but views and openness to ocean and large private decks makes it the perfect getaway, close to shops and cafes, well be back

Absolutely lovely

This is the perfect place for a weekend getaway - the beach is less than a stones throw away and the bach itself is incredibly cozy and has a fabulous view of the beach. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

Fantastic location

Overlooking the beach with short path to the beach. Stunning view of Kapiti Island. Very comfortable. The nearby cafe serves a great breakfast.

Stunning location

A beautiful spot with everything you can ask for our short stopover. It was incredible to wake up to the sound of the sea and watch the waves break whilst still in bed! Thank you Marsie and Michael for making it a memorable experience.

Weekend away

We had a lovely weekend in Raumati. The weather was perfect and the accomodation was excellent, with fantastic views and great amenities. Perfect spot to unwind and relax. Highly recommend.

Amazing Views

We loved our stay at Seacapes 3. How could you not love a view of Kapiti among other islands with the relaxing sound of the lapping waves. The studio is well designed and equipped. Micheal was an extremely friendly and accommodating host. We would definitely stay again!

Just magic!

Wonderful, relaxing -so enjoyed the sound of the sea and the sunsets over Kapiti Island. The safe beach is an added attraction.
