Protaras Villa 1500 is a modern and spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa located in the heart of Protaras and just a few steps from Protaras Villa 1500 and all amenities. The house offers partial sea views, 150 square meters of living space an outdoor private pool, BBQ as well as a roof terrace.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining and kitchen area that open up to the large outdoor pool and garden area. The first double bedroom and a shower room are also conveniently located on the ground floor. On the upper floor you will find two large double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, and a veranda with good seaviews overlooking the pool. The master bedroom also offers a double sofa-bed so the villa can comfortably sleep eight guests, baby cots are also available on request. Further up there is a spacious roof terrace offering excellent views of the sea.
Protaras Villa 1500 is fully equipped, fully air-conditioned, furnished to the highest quality and offers all modern appliances, free high speed Wi-Fi, satellite TV with English, European and Russian channels.
