You can very easily walk even with a stroller to the center where you can find a plethora of restaurants, supermarkets, playgrounds, bars. The location of the villa is perfect for people with children, couples, families and in general for everyone. Sunrise beach is also maximum 5-6 minutes walk away.
The villa itself is a 3 bedroom villa, there are many lounge furniture, big comfortable sunbeds, and umbrella.
Inside there is a spacious living room with a corner sofa and a dining table for 6. The kitchen is seperated from the living room by a breakfast bar. It is very well equiped with all the glassware, cookware, etc. There is also a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, microwave oven
Downstairs there is a guest W.C.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms,2 doubles and a twin. There is a family bathroom upstairs
