This perfect 3 bedroom villa is located in Protaras, just a 2 minute drive to the resort centre. With its modern furnishings, spacious garden and beautiful sea views this villa provides the ideal setting for a peaceful, relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
Downstairs, the villa has a spacious open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area with large patio doors leading out to the garden and pool area. The tastefully decorated living room features comfortable sofas, widescreen TV with full satellite and views of the garden and pool area. The dining area seats 6 persons and the modern kitchen is equipped with all appliances that you need for a comfortable self-catering stay.
Upstairs, you will find the master bedroom which has an en suite bathroom and double bed. There is also a very large balcony leading off from the master bedroom where you can sit and admire the stunning views. There are two twin bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and the main family bathroom. All bathrooms feature a bath, shower and WC.
Outside, the large sunny garden features a private pool, barbecue area, outside dining area and sun loungers. Perfect for long days of sunbathing and relaxation.
