For families, we have toys, floor mats, high chairs, and locking gates from the patio and travel cots can be hired upon request.


I would love to meet you but I also understand that you want to jump head first in to your holiday. I will send you lots of information before you arrive and I am on hand 24hours for emergencies, general information and advice.

The villa is situated in a cul-de-sac of small villas and overlooks the beautiful St Elias Church which is really stunning when it is all lit up at night. The villa is only a short walk in to Protaras and close by you have KFC, Mini golf / amusement park for children, restaurants and bars. A car will be super handy for you to make the most of your stay for getting to the supermarkets, the best beaches and doing a bit of sight seeing.

The entire place is yours for your stay. We do have a couple of locked cupboards for housekeeping and personal items but there is still plenty of space.

The bedrooms are all upstairs, the master bedroom has a double bed, a sofa bed, and an ensuite shower. Bedroom 2 offers two double beds and balcony access and the third bedroom has a double bed and balcony access.

Proximity to restaurants, bars, and shops ensures you're never far from action or convenience. However, if you choose to hire a car then there is a driveway at the villa fitting 2 cars.

You can park on the drive way at the villa (no charge) and driving is really easy. If you wanted to call a taxi we have local numbers set up to know where the villa is so you can easily get to where you need to go day or night. There are buses that run frequently (the nearest bus stop is about 15minutes walk away).
