Protaras Sunrise Beach Holiday Villa is a modern and spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa located in the heart of Protaras and just a few steps from Sunrise Beach and all amenities. The house offers partial sea views, 150 square meters of living space an outdoor private pool, BBQ as well as a roof terrace.



The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining and kitchen area that open up to the large outdoor pool and garden area. The first double bedroom and a shower room are also conveniently located on the ground floor. Living room also offers a double sofa bed so villa can comfortably sleep 8 people. On the upper floor you will find two large double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, and a veranda with good seaviews overlooking the pool. Baby cots are also available on request. Further up there is a spacious roof terrace offering excellent views of the sea.

Beautiful villa would book again if….

Villa is in a great location, nicely decorated and clean. however there are a few things that could be improved by the owners, the beds need replaced, another renter has also commented on the beds, they so noisy when you move even just slightly they creak. One of the air con units in the bedroom intermittently creaked, despite trying different settings which disturbed . There was no bedside lamps in one of the upstairs bedrooms. The dishwasher was almost unusable as the drawers had rusted and the prongs that hold up dishes were falling off. Around the pool area the paving is starting to criumble. I do hope the owners replace/fix the items over the winter period as it is a great villa.

Schöne Urlaubsvilöa

Das Haus ist nicht mehr so neu und perfekt wie auf den Bildern, trotzdem OK für einen Familienurlaub. Die Stühe im wohnzimmer müssten erneuert werden da sie halb auseinander fallen teilweise mit lockeren beinen und unbequem sind. Ausserdem hatten wir immer Ameisen in der Küche! Das nervte total, da man garnichts stehen lassen konnte und diese sogar in die schränke zum brot gekrabbelt sind. Die Klimaanlagen im oberheschoss sind direkt vor dem bett montiert. Leider kann man diese dadurch nachts nicht laufen lassen weil man sonst mit kalter luft frontal angeblasen wird. Die betten sind eine katastrophe, ich musste unseres reklamieren und es ist nur jemand gekommen um es wieder fest zu ziehen. Trotzdem war der schlaf durch das ultra laute knarren gestört. Wir haben ein babybett gebucht für 5€ extra pro tag. Das bett hatte keine richtige matratze und mein kind hat total schief drin gelegen. Nach 2 tagen habe ich es reklamiert und dann haben wir ein gescheites bett bekommen! Nervig, dass das nicht von anfang an ordentlich gemachr wurde. Allgemein haben wir vieles bemängelt und es wurde aber schnell auf die probleme eingegangen und soweit möglich geholfen. Allgemein ein schöner urlaub super nah am meer (5 min zu fuss). Protaras ist super toll und abends gibt es viel zu unternehmen. Das haus war OK aber nicht mehr leider.

Excellent location, outstanding villa, love the relaxation not fighting for a bed. Very chilled out never go back to hotel. Didn’t like the additional cost for electricity, would have like to have villa cleaned & frah towels apart from that couldn’t have asked for anything else.
