Protaras Rose By The Sea

Protaras Rose By The Sea is a treasure to be discovered just a short walk from some of the best beaches in Cyprus. Fully renovated in 2022 and designed by a well known interior architect, this beautiful villa is inspired from the typical Mykonos island house and offers just about any luxury you would demand.



The ground floor features an open plan living room area with comfortable sofa set, large TV, fireplace and detailed decoration. On the same level there is a guest toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and dining table for 8 persons. The upper floor offer 4 bedroom and a family bathroom. Three bedrooms are equipped with a large double beds and the fourth with a single bed. Two of the double bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms. Besides air-conditioning all bedroom offer ceiling fans with embedded Bluetooth speakers, concealed lighting and great ambiance.



The exterior offers three different sitting areas with sofas, bar, and dining table, which you can use to enjoy the sun or the shade depending on your mood. There is also an inground whirlpool with a waterfall feature and ambient lighting, gas BBQ and parking place.



Rose By The Sea is fully air-conditioned, fully equipped and offers satellite TV with all European and Russian channels as well as sports channels and high-speed Wi-Fi internet.



The closest beaches are Green Bay and Vyzakia Beach both of which are about three minutes' walk away. The area of Protaras and Ayia Napa offer many beautiful beaches with crystal clear blue waters and white sand all of which are two to fifteen minutes' drive from the villa. Central Protaras with all amenities is about 15 minutes' walk and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and minimarkets all within a radius of 500m from the villa.

Magnificent villa not far from the beach

Perfectly equipped villa 5 min from the beach in a silent part of Protaras (15 min walk to the centre). All you need for your stay is available, romantic master bedroom with private bathroom, another 2 nice bedrooms. All of them with large wardrobes. Cleaning and tempering of the jacuzzi

Review of Rose by the Sea

The villa is a complete treasure, It has three beautiful bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. Gorgeous living room and fabulous outside spaces with pool. The way the house has been decorated is outstanding, and everything you may need for longshort stay is provided. It is fully airconditioned. Hands down the best holiday home my husband and I have stayed in and we go on trips four times a year. You are only few minutes walk from no less than 3 lovely beaches, with great beach bars overlooking a stunning views. Also, just a short taxi ride from Protaras strip, with its many choices of bars and restaurants. The owner of this villa have, it seems, thought of everything to make this a perfect home. We very much look forward staying there again.

Fantastic homely villa

Everything about this accommodation is brilliant ! It feels homely and modern with a little authentic Cypriot twist to it. The air con is great and cools the rooms down quickly the fans in the bedrooms are great and keep the air moving and the speakers are a good touch too. We arrived and the cupboards are well stocked with everything you would need and some things you won’t 🤣 The jacuzzi when it worked was great but we had a small issue with the jets which was fixed the following day but then the waterfall wouldn't turn off so we had maintenance turn it off and it wasn’t fixed before we left unfortunately so only got to use it once 🤷‍️ it’s big enough to fit two in comfortably and four at a squeeze with a glass of wine. The villa is around 30 min walk from the protaras strip and only five from Green Bay were you can swim with the turtles if you’re lucky. Cannot fault the villa itself and we had someone come in and change the bedding half way through our two week stay. The many many light switches in each room need to be labelled somehow as we spent quite a lot of time turning them on and off trying to figure out what was what.

Our 1,5 month stay at Rose By The Sea was a jewel of our summer in Cyprus this year. The house is cosy and elegant, super-well equipped and ergonomic — it is designed with the thought about you and your family needs during a shorter of vacation. The team were very caring to me and my kids. We felt as if we were pre-empted in every wish of ours — the beaches are stunning with both of their sands and rocks, the hotel nearby has all the facilities, cafes, shops and various fun facilities are in the immediate vicinity. You definitely can have a true rest in a place like this, in the hands of the team like this :)

The house was 2 mins walk from the beach. The decoration of the house was amazing, and everything was clean and neat. The sofa was extra comfortable. The cleaners came and changed the sheets and towels mid-week our stay and cleaned the whole house. The host was very professional and friendly. Would definitely visit again.
