Olivine Waves Villa - Charming Protaras Centre Getaway

Olivine Waves Villa is a brand new Villa located in the popular resort area of Protaras and just a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach and with a variety of bars, restaurants and shops close-by, this is great central location for getting around without the need for a car. The villa is newly built and fully equipped with everything you need to ensure a perfect self-catering stay.



The villas open plan layout, combining living room, kitchen and dining area really makes the most of the space. For your enjoyment there is also a widescreen TV with lot of satellite channels and free WI-FI connection. The dining area has seating for 6 persons and the modern fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all appliances, as well as a breakfast bar. The ground floor is surrounded by bi-fold patio doors which open up to the landscaped garden, BBQ and pool area outside.



There is also a WC on this floor.



Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms with lovely views. The master double bedroom has a double bed with a shower and WC ensuite. The second bedroom has a double bed and third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main family bathroom is also on this floor with a shower and WC.



Outside, in the spacious garden, you will find a built in barbecue area with a worktop, sink and seating area perfect for outdoor dining, sun loungers and a large private pool.

Perfect location and had everything we needed

Arrived later in evening easy check in to villa with a welcome basket of the basics needed for the morning. The villa had everything g we needed for our stay all utensils and the washing machine was a great use to us . Pool regularly cleaned for us. Great walking distance to restaurants and bars Even had daily visit from ice cream man kids loved it we will book again

Lovely villa but needs maintenance

We have stayed in these villss before but this one was run down and actually not child friendly at all. The pool had lots of tiles missing which my step daughter cut her feet on. The steps getting out of the pool were wobbly and needed securing which is a hazard especially when you have a 1 year old you want to get out of the pool. The doors under the sink didnt close properly and neither did the ensuite bath room cupboards. The electric box upstairs has a screw stinking out which is dangerous. No hot water despite the immersion as it never heated up. Whilst these were physial things, i also learnt that most villas offer cleaning of the pool more..we only had 1 and only i think because i called up. Cot and highchair were included and we paid extra. So whilst the holiday was lovely it was a shame that the villa was nicely kept.

Ferienhaus modern mit schlechter MΓΆblierung. Betten gut. Nach Monierung wurde ausreichend KΓΌchenutensilien am nΓ€chsten Tag geliefert. Sehr laute Umgebung. Jeden Abend Musik vom nΓ€chstgelegenen Rummel. Meer ohne Auto mit Kindern schwer zu erreichen. Keine Aussicht.
