Sat on one of the highest point in the area, this villa overlooks the surrounding area and the resort of Protaras. The surrounding area is exclusive to beautiful mansions and a vast amount of land, since the permitted build density for the area is very low.

This villa has four double bedrooms on the ground floor, each with an en suite bathroom. Two more bedrooms are located on the upper floor (attic). Each bedroom has 2 single beds.-more suitable for children

The villa also has one extra WC's.
