This luxury three bedroom villa furnished with attention to detail is situated only 700 m from golden sandy Kalamies Beach and less than 10 minute walk to the centre of Pernera.
Downstairs is a spacious open-plan living space which opens to a well-maintained pool area. Upstairs is a family bathroom with three good size bedrooms of which master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with shower room.

Fantastic villa

Excellent villa!

We had a fantastic stay at the Anais villa. It was very spacious for the 6 of us, both outside and inside. The kitchen was well equipped, the pool a great temperature and the outside areas were lovely. Location wise, there are some fab bars and restaurants in walking distance, plus it was really easy to catch the bus into Protaras. Overall a lovely stay, would highly recommend.

Great villa in great location

We had a great stay in this modern, well equipped villa. It was clean and comfortable with a lovely pool. The kitchen had a good amount of equipment if you want to cook in, and there is a lovely BBQ in the garden. In a 10 minute walk you can reach a beautiful beach and harbour with plenty of boat trip options (we did a trip with Ayias Trias which we highly recommend). You can also reach a strip of bars and restaurants in a short walk, and there is a lovely restaurant at the end of the road. We had an issue with the water supply and the management company responded quickly, sorting our problem within an hour. The only thing missing that we felt would have been useful was an information book with info on the local area, what to do with rubbish etc. Apart from that, we highly recommend!
