Family Holiday
The property is clean, tidy and has all the amenities you require it is large and spacious so a family of 6 adults never felt Cramped, three showers ensure no one was waiting for each other to get ready. Location is superb, at the bottom of the garden is a lovely cove not ideal for sunbathing (bit rocky) but beautiful for swimming and snorkelling. The main beach Fig Tree Bay is 15-20 mins walk along a lovely coastal path. Protaras main area is a 15 minute walk to all the restaurants/bars and shops. Victoria the property manager was extremely helpful and always at the end of a phone.
The minor negatives and I say this as every parties requirements are different are the property is a little tired especially the showers could do with a few new enclosures but they still get you wet and clean each evening. The pool area is a little unsafe for younger children as the patio doors open up onto the Terrance which has no barrier to the pool which is a few feet down. There was only one Kayak which was an individual one so if you were looking to go out as a couple as we were this was not possible.
Other than this I would highly recommend using Villa Ricky!!!!
