Hotel is well fitted out with excelent staff. It feels safe and secure. The pool and gym are on the small side, but as there are normally not too many guests this should be a problem. The function room is set up ready for business meetings and presentations.
I stayed at this hotel on a training trip around the country and it had great accommodation and training room. Also useful having the shopping centre attached with a secure way to enter and re-enter. Would recommend it for safety, attentive staff, cool look and general great atmosphere.
You don't have many choices in that area, believe me. But at least this choice will make you happen. Staff responsive, very good installations from the lobby to the room. And what a good king size bed! During check in you can have sparkling wine (too sweat, could be brut), just ask for.
The hotel is great, the pool beautiful and the restaurant has a new menu and food is delicious! Great think is that is next to Sambil Shopping Center, great location, stores and very safe. Recommended for everyone visiting Paraguana!
Very good rooms, very safe and located in the Sambil complex, with restaurants and lot of stores nearby. The breakfast could be better if they include more items, like more fruits. People in the reception is always very nice and friendly, but they were a bit confused in my check out due to number of people checking out in the same time. I really recommend the hotel for people that go Punto Fijo.
Great place to be safe and confortable in a place in Paraguana. Just a steps from Sambill mall is a plus for you because you have a variety of choices in food and stores. I ve stayed for a wedding party last weekend and room was huge and clean. Check your room for party, you shall ensure all noise from music must be insulated in there, I had in 3 floor and feel the boom bomm noise for the orchestra. Recommended!
New nite and well hotel, next to sambil shopping mall, where you can find anything in duty free Zone of paraguana. The breakfast is good. People at the reception are very welcome and I recommend this hotel. The security is really good you feel safe.
If you find yourself in Punto Fijo I can recommend this place. I think most people who stay here are probably there for business, cant see any other reasons to be around this neck of the woods but If you do happen to be there, then this hotel has huge well equipped and comfortable rooms with good wifi, a nice breakfast with a good selection of local stuff which I really enjoyed and If thats not enough to convince you theres a shopping mall attached to the lobby. Note that If your booking a hotel or anything for that matter in venezuela, or traveling there from abroad the most important issue is the exchange rate. The official rate from the bank/atm/xe.com etc is 6 Bolivars for US $1. Be aware there is a black market there and on the street 60 bolivars per $1 US is easily available. Thats a big saving!
Overall it is a decent Hotel, above all considering what else is available in the area, but the breakfast and the laundry services are the worst I've had in ages, the clothes came back still wet from the laundry, and the selection of food you have at breakfast is minimal...
I stayed on the 3rd floor with an adjoining room fro 11 weeks and was regularly kept awake with guests slamming doors and screaming in the corridors at all hours with security not doing a thing about it, after a trip home I returned in december to be given the same room and eventually had to be moved to another floor which has been much quieter. My big problem came when a work colleague (female) came to pick up documents, I previously had a male visitor from work to do the same thing without any problem, and these have been the only visitors in all my time here, she was in the room 2 minutes when security came and demanded ID from her and although I informed them she was picking stuff up and would be leaving immediately they did not want to know, she was understandably upset because they had her down as a prostitute. I gave a letter of complaint to reception for the manager over a week ago and still have had no feedback or apology for the incident. Management need to get their house in order. Apart from that the rest of the staff are very friendly and the place very clean,
