Modern renovated property with all the amenities. Fully equipped with washer and dryer, central air, outdoor patio, Flat Screen for your great DVD night. Cable TV also included. The gated community is a 3 minute walk from the food store, great eating establishments such as Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts and many fine dining restaurants. City Transportation is also available right outside the community which enables you to access all the major attractions around town. These units are within walking distance of the beaches of the Paradise Island and gives you access to the sandy white beaches and our beautiful coral reefs.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a phone. Housekeeping is available on request.
