Adjoining the owner’s home, within a quiet Cornish village, it is just ½ mile from the white sandy beach at Par. The fishing villages of Fowey and Mevagissey are a short drive; historic port of Charlestown is 4 miles. Many facilities in the area, including 3 golf courses. The Eden Project, 7 minutes away and the mainline railway station 5 minutes’. Shop 700 yards, pub 500 yards.
