The house is super spacious and private, has its own pool and is located in the exclusive club Los Delfines Golf and Country Club, near Curú wildlife refuge, Santa Teresa Beach and Montezuma beach. Also the Tambor beach is 300m from the house and has the club facilities such as swimming pool, large area to play golf, tennis courts and other amenities. It is a large and modern house in perfect condition with a pool area, perfect to relax a little with security and privacy.

The house is very large and cozy. It has a private pool with a small ranch where you can hang out with friends and family. It also has all the facilities in perfect condition of the club such as golf, another pool, tennis courts, trails. At 300 meters from the house is the tambor beach, which has entrance to the club.

The house has perfect internet (WiFi) for people who need to work or study.

In addition, the ranch that is located in the pool area, has a grill to enjoy a barbecue with good company.
