Cozy Casita with AC, Nearby Beaches, Paquera Ferry and Town!

The Cozy Casita is nestled in this little-hidden gem of a town called Paquera, taking you back in time, when seeing an occasional oxcart or horse riding on the streets. The house has all you need, your Basic Kitchen Utensils (pots and pans, plates and silver ware), Microwave, Full 4 Gas Burner Stove Oven, toaster, blender and WiFi, Cable TV, AC, and full size refrigerator. Even a few board games and assorted beach basket for youngsters.

NOTE: ONLY HOT Shower, NO Hot Water in Kitchen Sink or Bathroom Sink also because of the humidity of the area there are small humidity boxes left in the house. Please plug them in and disconnect as needed by looking at their color window display. Please don't forget to disconnect them when color changes to DRY status because it could shorten the life span of these items. It's also normal that the boxes get warm.

We recommend 4x4 transportation for the area. You’ll love my place because of the natural beauty and peaceful surroundings, saving your money to explore the area. If you're looking for high-end attention to detail accommodations, we're NOT it, we don't wish to disappoint you and want happy guests, we're "budget" accommodation offering ONLY the basic essentials, this way passing on the savings to you.

If you're a bird watcher, you'll love to see them early mornings and listen to the many birds that fly by or listen carefully to the far-away barking sounds of the howler monkeys, there's also a fenced pasture on the back, when pasture is rented, there may be cows grazing (it's wire fenced around that property).

You have open access to all of Mapi's Cabins next door amenities: small jetted pool, hammocks, hummingbird feeders, and many organic seasonal fruits growing throughout the property you can help yourself to. You also have access to the BBQ picnic area, if you don't want to cook inside or if you want local cuisine that delivers, you'll find menus inside the "Room Service Guide" along with General Information of the area and contact numbers. It's a cozy private place for couples with your own private parking, for solo adventurers and families.

INCLUDES: General Housekeeping ONLY mid-week, weekly or monthly stays will be 1x a week sheets and towels changed with general cleaning. Body Soap & Shampoo as needed (only paper towels, toilet paper and dishwasher soap supplied at initial stay).

Our main residence is in the USA but we go back and forth to Mapi's, so if we're not there to greet you, our friendly staff next door at Mapi's will be, please feel free to ask at the office any maintenance or housekeeper, for anything you may need to feel comfortable. At night the office girl is there to help you too up to 10PM ...
