A two bedroom semi-detached house with private swimming pool situated in one of the most sought after areas of Kato Paphos. The property is ideally located within walking distance to Paphos Harbour/sea front, restaurants, tavernas and shops including the Kings Mall, and 24 hour kiosks are only a few minutes walk. The property is also on the 615 bus route which goes to the popular Coral Bay and Corallia Beaches along the coastal road, past Paphos Harbour. The property has air conditioning throughout and comprises: private gated driveway, open plan lounge/dining/kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, downstairs WC, two double bedrooms with balconies, family bathroom, private garden with swimming pool and outside dining area. Air conditioning, WIFI and limited UK television are included. The TV has HDMI and USB ports for guests to use own Firesticks, Apple TV or other streaming devices

We’ve just got back from our 2 week stay, the property is excellent, the perfect location - 5 minute drive from everything you could need for your stay, the harbour, shopping centre, water park, the beach and it’s also a short walk from a lovely restaurant called Pambis and mini supermarket. Nikki stayed in regular communication with us throughout and answered and questions we had.

Spotlessly clean. Check in was easy. Nikki the host gave directions from the airport as satnav doesnt take you there.Nikki was very responsive to any communication we had.There is a cat who is always around in the garden who we fed which was great because we love catsI thoroughly recommend villa Mimosa - Thank you Nikki

A lovely villa that feels like a home rather than an impersonal house. Spotlessly clean with everything you need. Lovely outside space and a great pool. In a quieter residential area but within walking distance to a great restaurant and shop. Around half hour walk to paphos harbour but taxis are available and reasonably priced and take a few minutes. Had an amazing relaxing holiday and would recommend the villa. The host was great and answered any queries I had before the stay and checked everything was okay during the stay. Thank you and we hope to return in the future 😊

Beautiful house

Great location within walking distance of town but in a quiet area. Wonderful private pool, which we made a lot of use of as the weather was so hot. Nikki was really helpful and has equipped the house with everything you need for a great holiday.

Perfect trip

My husband and I have just returned from a weeks holiday. Villa is beautifully presented, sparkling clean and in a perfect location Communication with Nikki the owner before our trip was quick and easy, Only issue we had was noisy neighbours during the night and the pillows for sleeping were not very comfortable Other than that our trip was perfect

A great hastle free holiday

A quiet resort, close to all shops, restaurants and popular old town and everything you need in easy reach. We highly recommended Villa in excellent condition and lovely private swimming pool. Host and management always available and pleasant.
