The room was very clean and comfortable. Great bathroom. Pool and facilities were very good. Staff were generally friendly but there were some occasions when reception was understaffed and also some of breakfast waiters needed some training on being friendly! However would definitely recommend especially when nearby building work has been completed.
Property and rooms are on the expansive side which is nice, but the property is next to a construction site - if you don't mind waking up at 7am to the noise of a electric hammer and trucks it's almost a great place....maintenance problems (plumbing) leaves much to be desired. Toilets that do not flush and bath tub that has a very low water flow. Another big disappointment - a 3 Euro per day charge for internet, no free internet even in the lobby. Good breakfast and friendly staff though the cleaning lady was in a rush to ask us to leave the room exactly at 12pm....
Checked in to hotel with disabled husband our room on lower floor was ok for standard room but room service was a lot to be desired we went 5 days without clean towels when asked room attendant got told there were none cleaning of room consisted of emptying bins that's it apart from 3 day when sheets were changed quilt badly stainèd could do with a clean ..... Breakfast was an experience never once did we see a teaspoon very seldom did we get a saucer head waiters were abrupt & rude not to ourselves but to other guests .... Pool bar closes for food at 4 pm yet every day their are guests looking for food between 4 pm - 7pm when the restaurant opens ....Disabled access to pool has to be manouvered by trying to get doors open & getting through with your vehicle that's coming out going back you coudnt return same way as one of the doors has a slight step up which makes for anybody in wheelchair impossible you have to go through banquet room but on 2 occasions that door was locked had to wait on passing guest to help ....hotel sign has only capital lit up coast is out basically owners & management need to give this hotel a good overhall maintenance is very sadly lacking in all areas ..positives points .staff apart from the two head waiters were all pleasent not their fault they don't have tools to do their jobs ... definatly not suitable for any one with a disability very steep hill to get up
We stayed in October and it's fair to say there is good, bad and ugly. The good ...staff are friendly helpful, cleaners brilliant no question it's clean. The views are fantastic and location ideal for Pafos and transport links. The bad ...The hotel was refurbished 8 years ago and it needs doing again. Attention to detail is poor. It's a bit rough around the edges especially outside. The ugly ... Meals specifically breakfast. It's a shambles. The food is poor quality and the service abysmal. No one seems to know who is doing what, outside is always full we are told yet we see empty tables? Cups glasses often chipped and again appear to have had their day. You get what you pay for in life. This is a good example. Would nt stay again.
I really enjoyed staying at the hotel. Everyone was friendly. The food was nice and the half price drinks was the best. Also having a shuttle service to pick and take you to the airport was very ideal.
A smelly hotel couse there is no a/c and the “kitchen” is next to the lobby, the receptionist are unpleasant and not welcoming The breakfast is a poor and not fresh The furniture in the dinning room is old and dirty , the dishes are stained and old The pools are cold and there is no excess to the beach In conclusion , if you want a vacation in a place that respect your money , look for something else
The rooms are specious and the idea is great, but it was not clean, many walls and furniture was damaged. The rooms are simply overused... The breakfast chef was shouting around in the breakfast room. Massages booked with the SPA were not good. All in all lot of improvements possible. Pool was great, majority of the staff was friendly,
We stayed here for the first 2 nights of our trip in Cyprus and the room was lovely! We had a rooftop terrace which had a hot tub there which was a nice surprise. We moved on with our trip but returned back here to end our trip as we enjoyed our stay. Staff are friendly and will do anything to help you! Grounds are good as is the spa. Rooms are big and clean. I can't praise this hotel more. We are ok our last day now and are already looking to return next year!
Booked a Superior Suite for a three night football trip with my brother and our respective adult sons. Sleeping arrangement advertised as being a double bed with two sofa beds, which whilst not ideal was acceptable given short duration of our stay. On arrival however we were very pleasantly surprised to find, not only that we had been given four single beds, but that two of these were in a spacious separate room with its own separate bathroom suite. Very clean, maid service daily and a very fully equipped kitchen area. Excellent buffet breakfast with good choice of English and continental / Cypriot breakfasts. Sizeable swimming pool and gardens facing down to the sea with excellent views of the beautiful Cyprus West coast sunset. Happy hour in the bar between 6 & 7 Helpful staff on reception. Would definitely use for a family holiday
