It's a nice hotel near the beach but don't have a shore for swimming -for that you need to go like 10min away. They have inside the hotel a kosher dining room for that you need to recevate to the blou lagoon hotel.. .and it's close to the Habad house. The room are very comfortable with kitchen and all facilities

Great family suite, great breakfast, nice pool, the management should do something with the elevator, glass elevator , slow with high temperature inside. Parking is good, but the management should remove a number of cars that look damaged and kept some parking places.

High hygienic standards. All the areas of hotel was clean. The breakfast was very good with many choices. The location is perfect near the port and the mall. The room was small for 2 adults and 1 child.

Change towels once every two days The admissions manager's attitude is unbearable No lifeguard in the pool Very good food We booked two rooms one suite and one room for a couple The couple's room was so under review so much that I wouldn't let my pet sleep in it and after quarrels we changed the room for an extra 20 euros a day

This hotel is set in a nice location by sea and walking distance to nice restaurants. The hotel is large and sterile. Almost feels like your walking through a hospital. Im not quite aure where to start. The indorr swimming pool is disgusting, almost like its never beeb cleaned. You can see all the dirt laying on the floors of the pool. You arrive in your room there is no complimentary water. No complimentary teas. So you have a jacuzzi...steam room and sauna. The steam room does not work. The sauna is ok but i hurt my doot in the raised wood coming out the floor. See pic. We thought we would use the gym. The changing rooms have key lockers however there hotel provides no keys. So there is nowhere to put your valuable, and you run the risk of someone stealing your clothes. The fitness centre whilst a nice size was a mess. Only a few weights. Unsafe machines and no water provided. Breakfast is average continental style of eggs..beans bacon sausages. Bland cheese. Bread. Internet was supposed to be provided by but when i arrived 3 euros per day. 5 euro deposit whenever you need a towel. Overall a horrible experience. I will add more pics later. But for 135 euros per night this has to be one of the worst hotels.i have stayed in. As i said depends what your used to when you usually travel . Also one last things this is a family hotel and super noisy.

I think no refurbish was made since it was build water leak , shower door don't close ..water everywhere breakfast poor cooks didn't follow any hygiene rules, wear plastic gloves but wipe their faces with paper and then hold the dirty paper with the gloves and touch directly food no one checks the poor if its clean, people get with suntan oil to babies pool like is a jucuzzi

Location:Hotels is located 10 minutes away from the mall and 15 from the center. There is a lidl just opposite the hotel across the street with a bus station which goes to city center Amendity:Great amendities, Room was big with a sea view (was 10 euros more expensive that the inland view) but worths every euro. Hotel includes free spa, indoor swimming pool great for newborns(if you want to avoid the sun and have more privacy with your child). Entrances were 10 -20 meters far for swimming pools. Staff: great staff service willing to help with a big smile Conclusion: this hotel will be my priority if i ever going to stay at Pafos. VERY HAPPY

I have visited the hotel many times during the last 10 years and I am very satisfied . Spacious suites , good breakfast, large and safe parking, excellent pool areas especially for children. I have to mention that their one bedroom suite can accommodate 2 children and parents comfortably in a very reasonable price. Nevertheless some drawbacks is dinner food which needs improvement . Moreover some parts of the hotel must be renovated .

Horrible hotel with the worst reception and Management I have ever come across I would not stay again if it was free!!!! Spent nearly 3000 euro on this holiday and the hotel caters for middle east clientele 3 separate complaints they they did nothing about or even cared about. General Manager is Houdini no staff at night except a porter Breakfast team and Maria in Main bar the only 2 good things I can say

Visited as part of a surprise holiday with a view to this being a romantic break based upon the pictures. We arrived early so walked around whilst they were getting the room ready. During this time we took a wonder round and overheard several guests complaining about things like mouldy curtains, no towels for the 3rd time etc - we were dubious but actually we were quite lucky. View from the main entrance overlooking the sea/pool is stunning - this is the main highlight. Everything else in the hotel feels a bit run down and the basement corridors to the rooms have a hospital vibe, with many areas closed / sealed off. We were booked into a suite which had all the amenities you could want, and was handy having a fridge/freezer/washing machine etc as there was a Lidl just across the road so we could stock up on booze etc. The room was cleaned daily, but the shower did leak whenever used and the toilet flusher button kept falling off. Bed was comfy. Think of it as a nice 3 star. Booked a treatment into the spa, which was nice (there was a male masseuse who was the best I’ve ever had - tall guy, sorry can’t remember his name). Wish I’d had time to get another one from him! The jacuzzi area is a bit run down for a “luxury” hotel; but is ok for an average one. There’s an indoor pool, kids pool and an adults pool - all were cleaned each morning / good hygiene. Breakfast is served until 11am (I think). It’s a buffet style but a bit hit/miss. They have meat, fruit, cereal, an attempt at an English breakfast, bad coffee but on the plus side you can get eggs cooked to order so I just had beans/egg on toast most days. There’s a small mini mart serving basics including alcohol or the Lidl over the road (prices are reasonable). Poolside bar is cheap but felt the drinks were very watered down/cheap quality. Tennis courts are AstroTurf and you can borrow rackets and balls - terrible quality. If you like to play a match then take your own but the court itself was ok. There are plenty of sunloungers by the pool and on the grass area overlooking the sea / rocks.
