The staff is very friendly and helpful. The prices in the winter time was good. The room and the common places were clean. Also the room was big. The breakfast was good. It is located near the sea. There is free parking.

Entering the hotel we discovered that there is a charge for the wi-fi. Possibly we should had realized this while booking but who would imagine that in today's world free wi-fi is not provided in a hotel? On arrival, we also found that one of the towels was dirty. We left it on the floor expecting to have it changed the next day. Instead it was put back on the towel rail. Overall the cleaning service was not satisfactory. Sofa bed for the children was worse that we could imagine. A thin mattress, full of bumps and made awful noises on every single move. To make things worse our room was next to the boiler room of the hotel - the noise was continuous and very difficult to get used to. Having said that, breakfast was reasonable and the pool quite nice. Nonetheless, there is no chance we will be staying here again.

Because our original hotel was overbooked we stayed here, it is the same company. There is no hospitality or friendliness whatsoever. Staff is rude and not interested in solving a problem. You have to pay for the internet and if you forget to deliver your pool towels they charge you €25 per towel. They didn’t mention that bathroom towels weren’t changed every day, when I asked for clean towels they mentioned it was on the website ( who is going to read this...?) The hotel is far away from nice restaurants in town. The pool is nice and breakfast is okay, but the hotel has no atmosphere, beds are very hard. Rooms are spacious but now bed lamps. Choose the Amphora hotel and Suites at the other side of town, so much better for the same price!!

We had a really fantastic stay with Capital Coast. The staff are friendly and very helpful no matter the query. The hotel is spotless and our balcony apartment was really wonderful - the biggest balcony we've ever had and an amazing view. The location is great - an hour's walk to the town along the coast or a 15 minute bus ride from the bus stop right next to the hotel outside the conveniently located Lidl. The spa facilities are also great and it was so nice to be able to use the sauna, pool and steam room for free. The food was good - buffet style with plenty of choice for me the adventurous eater and my mum who prefers simpler food. We would definitely recommend. Only drawback is that wifi is not included - but if you pay for the full week it's cheaper.

we were 2 families we booked 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 kids each room and as soon as we arrived they told us that they could not arrange place for the 2nd kid in each room.I show them the VOUCHERS of our booking and they refused to solve that situation. Finally we stay 4 PERSONS in rooms FOR 3(beds,towels etc.). We were in but mood from the first moment cause we felt what was coming next. NO sleep,No rest, lost of our weekend and lost of money cause we did not get what we pay for.

Although this was a three day-stay (thank God), it was enough to get the idea about making the same mistake and revisiting this "hostel" i would rather say. I ll only mention the basics. Lousy insulation, you could hear every single noise through the entire floor and the room above. Through the night we knew exactly when ever the residents above us would visit the bathroom cause we could hear the flush and the drainage for the next 15 minutes. Asking for room cleaning- i wasnt expecting much anyway as this was a short stay- but one would guess that changing the towels and adding soap is a must do. Another disadvantage is charging wifi service for 3€ per day(per device if i m correct) while in "booking.com" it was mentioned as a free amenity. And as i dont want to be demolishing, breakfast was good enough and view is exellent. I won't extend further more, i hope i m helping all the potential visitors.

It was a nice stay, the stuff were friendly, the breakfast was good, the rooms are clean! The hotel was accessible by a good bus connection, the access to the beach was stony, for those willing to swim in the see needs to walk a while, Will do it again!

The overall stay was good nothing impressing, the restaurant in the lobby smelled like eggs around breakfast and dinner times, we had to hold our breaths while walking in the lobby during these times. The front desk weren’t very helpful when it came to plan our stay there or ask for places to visit.

Very nice hotel, been to this area over 20 years and this is a great location. We understand this was to be built as a time share which never happened. Superb rooms and big complex but small individual apartments or studios. Great staff a lot have been here some while.

Lovely, clean and comfortable hotel. Stayed in a one-bedroom suite with sofa-bed in living area. My stepdaughter had no complaints with the sofa-bed and we found the suite spacious and had all facilities required for a pleasant stay. There was a variety of choices for breakfast and we recommend the fresh omelettes made to order! We didn't eat in the hotel for dinner so can't comment on that unfortunately. As others have mentioned, Wi-Fi isn't included and is very slow if you do pay for access. Although Wi-Fi doesn't matter to many people whilst on holiday, some of us do require access and it would be beneficial if the service you are paying for works properly and/or is provided free of charge. The service from front desk wasn't as great as you would expect. We recommend a visit to DT's Sunset Bar across the road from the hotel. Great food, great view from the upstairs seating area and karaoke on a Saturday - great fun for the all the family ;) We drove to Coral Bay a few times for the beach as there is no beach at the hotel.
