I book this is hotel apartment and i was really surprised since the price was quite cheap but the room the view the facilities were quiet more than expected I ll visit it again It is everything you need especially if you have a family and your stay is more than a week There is always a program to keep you busy

What a lovely hotel this was! It exceeded expectations. You couldnt ask for a better position for the hotel, the cove it sat on was just amazing. Food was served near enough all day! The poolside buffet was so fresh with the most delicious choices and there's also nuggets & chips, pizza etc for kids. Rooms were huge..very clean. Only downside was the mattress, it was so uncomfy I had to flip it and then had to put the spare blanket on the bottom. Pool area was lovely..plenty of beds and no need to worry about getting you too down at 6am. Brilliant hotel for families. A bit the way for bars & restaurants..have to get a bus or taxi to anywhere. Taxi was 10€ to the harbour. Would go here again without a doubt.

We had a great week here for half term. Weather was perfect for us, 25-30 degrees most days and mild evenings, warmer than Turkey was same time last year. Had a bit of rain but didn’t spoil anything, although we did have a leak from a window in our apartment when it was very heavy. The room was very spacious, our room had 2 double bedrooms and a large living area with sofa beds. Was clean and tidy, although could do with a bit of TLC in places. A kettle was provided but there was nowhere to plug it in as it was a 2 pin plug and the sockets were all 3 pin (same as the UK). Same with the TV which I found very odd. It wasn’t until the last day that we realised they sold adaptors in the little shop. Surely it would be easier to provide a kettle and tv with a uk plug! There was cooking facilities too so I guess this may have been self catering in the past. Hotel facilities were good. One large (noisy) pool and one smaller quieter pool. There were plenty of beds but if you wanted near the large pool you needed to get there early. There is a spa, nothing special but we all had massages which were lovely and reasonable once we haggled a bit with Shaggy. It is quite a small hotel so there is only a small bar, 1 restaurant and a few activities. Entertainment was ok, quite crowded in the bar. Special mention to the dancing dj / entertainment guy, very friendly and full of energy! Food, seems to divide opinion here. There was plenty to eat all through the day. I found the food ok, well cooked and quite varied. However it did get a bit samie by the end of the week, there were themed nights but it wasn’t that obvious. We didn’t go hungry but by the end of the week we were craving something different so we found a curry about 20 min walk away, koh-i-noor, which was delicious, would definitely recommend it and we eat a lot of curries and pretty fussy! We travelled with Jet2 for the first time, from Stanstead. Generally a good experience. Nice planes, good service apart from in resort. We didn’t know when the welcome meeting was so missed that. When we asked the rep questions she wasn’t very helpful and was quite vague and uninterested. Resort check-in was good and staffed by nice people, although it was a 9am and we didn’t fly until 11.55pm that night because jet2 changed our flight times by 2 hours so we had 9hrs of hanging around the hotel after checking out so felt like we virtually lost a day because we arrived late and left late. And the last day we were up at 7am and didn’t get home until 4am so it was a very very long day. Water was a bit of an issue in the room, there was 2 bottles there on arrival and they were not replenished. We walked 20mins to Lidl to get some for the room as there was no other way of having water in the room. They could have provided water or at least provided a way of filling up bottles, instead there was signs on the drinks machine telling you not to. The location is quite remote which we were aware of. 20 min walk to Lidl / curry which was ok for us. 12euros for a taxi into Paphos for 7 of us which was ok. We were there to relax so suited us ok. Not much in the way of excursions so didn’t bother. Overall we enjoyed the holiday. I would say the hotel was a good 3*, not 4* but it was adequate and the rooms are big. With a bit of thought on facilities (kettle, tv, food, water etc) this could be 4* but not as it is. It is a good place for families that want to relax.

Family holiday in October half term. Great on site amenities, very clean, food good and varied, staff were excellent. It was isolated from main places, we easily hired a car and went exploring. It did rain in the evening and it was a bit of a struggle to seat everyone in the restaurant. When it was dry lots of people ate by the pool for breakfast and evening meal. Lovely view over the sea. The little Beach was fab and swimming there was very safe.

Just came back from a week at Akti beach hotel resort. Staff excellent Food excellent Entertainment ok quiet funny Elvis and illusionist were excellent. Fully inclusive was the way to go. Snorkelling in there cove was amazing and safe. The pools were great for children and adults alike. Used the spa twice and the staff were so relaxing. We all left a week before they finished for the season and was being refurbished over the winter ready for next season. Cannot wait to go back. Use the bus to go to the harbour for a bit more upmarket shops than the market. Coral beach and shops there were very tacky but some nice bars. All in all a lovely island and people.

So My wife and I booked this holiday with jet2 about a year ago. One last family holiday as our eldest are now both 18 and a 15 year old. We had room 111 which was spacious, and clean and had a small kitchen area and a lovely sea view. Our kids had room 139 which was set back with a garden abut was also clean and tidy. Jet2 was amazing, from checkin in the UK to advance bag collection on the day of departure. Will definately use their service again. Day to day the hotel was nice, plenty of space to sun bath. The staff were lovely and happy to help. The food was very basic and even though we were only there for 7 days the menu did get repetitive. However the salads were delicious. One thing that wasnt really made clear in the booking process was that the all inclusive drinks stopped at 11 with we thought would have been an issue. The only reason it wasnt an issue was that the evening entertainment was that poor everyone had left but the cut off time :-( Be aware that this location is a good 45 minute walk in to paphos, we did walk it but in the heat (28 degrees) and sun it really took it out of you. A taxi hahaha costs around €12-€15 back to the hotel from the harbour. Would i return, no. Just those odd little bit that are not quite good enough.

Just returned from a weeks stay at akti village, firstly the food was very good much better than food I’ve had at so called 5 * hotels, this is a 3* star, but excellent for the price i paid, all the staff work really hard and are very friendly, the rooms are basic but clean, never had any problems with our things going missing or anything like that, the pools are lovely, we had two massage’s and they were a amazing experience, there is a regular bus service into coral bay and the harbour, so the hotel isn’t as remote as some would think, also you can walk the costal walk with took about a hour at a steady pace, overall we had a lovey holiday and would definitely stay here again.

Visited the Akti Beach Village Resort with my family during the October school holidays. The bar staff and waiters were fantastic and so helpful. The food was alright, there was no variation so had to eat out four nights out of the seven. The hotel is in a remote location so would recommend hiring a car. The reason for the one star is because of the following: Just like everyone who goes on holiday at duty free I decided to treat myself and my partner to a bottle of jo malone to start our holiday off. During the holiday we noticed that the 50ml bottle of my partners aftershave had went missing. Spoke to reception who weren’t helpful and still not replied to us even after writing a letter and personally handing it in to reception. The only people who have had access to our room was the maids - it looks a bit suspicious if you ask me. I never thought that I’d have to lock perfume/aftershave in a safe in a four star hotel. Please just be aware if you are going to this hotel that your stuff is only safe within the safe.

We booked this hotel 4 weeks prior to departure. Jet2 rated it 4 star, never in a million years. The resort was really pretty loads of flowers and blossoms on the way around. The staff were brilliant and mote than helpful. The room was spaciouse with a bedroom area and kitchenette area, but was not cleaned properly. We are not picky eaters but the food was awfull consisting of over cooked fish, chicken, meat and veg. If not over cooked it was raw. I ate more chicken nuggets than I have done in my life, my husbands lunch was chip butties. I also got a tummy bug and was sick for 2 days We didn't have acres meaning because she couldn't be bothered to turn up. Sorry to be so negative

We have just spent 10 days at this hotel for a family wedding and holiday . We went with monarch holidays which promptly went bust on the second day throwing the wedding and holiday into chaos. The management of the akti beach resort stepped up to the plate to save the day . Providing the bride with the perfect wedding day . From the cleaners, bar staff, kitchen staff and managment they all went above and beyond what one would expect of a hotel. We will always be grateful and happy to return to akti beach. Apart from this, for an all inclusive family holiday hotel you could ask for better value for money . The rooms are spacious well equipped and very clean the food is served all day and is fresh and hot and there's something for everyone's taste . If you want value for money and friendly service I highly recommend you pay this hotel a visit
