Als erstes muss man sagen daß es eine tolle Wohnung ist und das wir sie gerne weiterempfehlen möchten. Wir sind eine junge Familie mit einer 3 Jahre und eine 8 monatigen Tochter. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung war geräumig, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Neben dem Haus gab es einen Schuppen wo wir Fahrräder und den Kinderwagen abstellen könnten Wir konnten keine negativen Punkte feststellen. Was wir als positiv vermerken können ist folgendes: Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. An und Abreise war total unkompliziert. Edeka mit Bäcker nur 5 min fussläufig entfernt. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend. Nur 15 min zu Fuß bis zur Innenstadt. Für uns war es perfekt!

Hele mooie vakantiewoning

De woning is compleet ingericht en is heel ruim. Erg netjes en schoon. Heel veel opbergruimte. Alles is aanwezig. Rustige omgeving. 15 minuten lopen naar het centrum. Prima vakantiewoning. 2 slaapkamers, badkamer met ligbad en aparte douche. ruime woonkamer, aparte keuken met oven, vaatwasser, broodrooster, waterkoker, koffiezetapparaat, koelkast met vriesvak. Ruim voldoende klerenhangers aanwezig, droogrek. Alle ramen voorzien van rolluiken. Het appartement ligt in een woonwijk, supermarkt in de buurt, Het appartement ligt op de bovenverdieping van de woning, Aanrader om te bezoeken: De Meyer Werf en Bourtange. Je hoeft in Papenburg geen parkeergeld te betalen, maar wel opletten want op sommige parkeerplaatsen is de max parkeertijd 2 uur. In de Deverweg kun je wel lang parkeren. Bij Altes Gasthaus 2x lekker gegeten, maar op zaterdagavond was het dicht. Bij het Arkadehuis hebben we 1x gegeten, maar moesten een half uur op ons eten wachten. Eerder hadden we er een paar keer wat gedronken, maar we vonden het erg onduidelijk en rommelig. Bij Mozart 1x geluncht, dat was prima Dus prima vakantieadres, hou je van de natuur, dan moet je wel eerst een stukje met de auto rijden. Bij mooi weer heb je een zitje buiten. Voor ons minpuntjes: De WiFi viel regelmatig weg, dat was irritant , maar na een reset werkte het wel weer. En voor ons was het jammer dat er geen cafeetje in de buurt was, Waardoor we 's avonds merendeel in het appartement waren. We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad.

- Sehr geräumig, tadellos sauber, - geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet, - ruhige Umgebung, - günstige Lage zum Stadtzentrum, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugzielen wie Leer, Clemenswerth, Bourtange usw., - geräumiges, schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Kinderzimmer für 1 Kind ab etwa 5 Jahren. Wir werden gern wiederkommen.

Saubere geräumige Ferienwohnung

5 Tage Urlaub genießen in der Nähe der urigen Stadt Papenburg. Die Wohnung ruhig gelegen doch fußläufig zur Stadt. In der Geräumigen Wohnung gibt es alles was man braucht über Ausreichend Handtücher, Großen Kühlschrank, bezogene Betten, große Kleiderschränke oder ein Unterstellplatz für Fahrräder. Die Buchung ging schnell und der Vermietr war freundlich. Wir können die Ferienwohnung Susanna wärmstens weiterempfehlen .
