We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location is absolutely perfect — right on the beach with easy access to the sand and water..The condo itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything felt fresh, clean, and very well cared for, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals.One of our favorite parts was the breathtaking view of the Gulf. The sunsets each evening were truly stunning — the perfect way to end the day. Overall, this condo offers the ideal combination of comfort, convenience, and incredible views. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

We had an amazing stay here! I spoke with John a few times since we love this area and was thinking of buying a property in this area. He was so gracious to give me his time, shared numbers and gave me all the advice I was looking for. John and Greta both were so kind and were able to accommodate a later checkout for us. The property and views are fantastic and above all appreciated how kind and wonderful they are. I know the next time we come we will continue book through them. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Very nice condo. Great beach services. The parking spaces are way too small. They worked with me to get one that I could get my vehicle into. If you have a large vehicle make sure that you can back it in easily.

Retirement getaway

This condo and the area of location was perfect for families and "older generation". The beach was clean and beautiful, the pool was clean and warm, and the hot tub was nice fir the cool evenings.

Great Location!

We loved the Condo and being able to enjoy the beautiful ocean from the balcony. The location was perfect - only a couple of miles from Pier Park and many eateries. Wonderful place to stay.

Fall break getaway

This is our second time renting a condo in Tropic Winds with Greta’s Beach Rentals and they have never disappointed. The west end of PCB is great. The elevators were quick. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony is fantastic. This condo has a great parking spot but don’t bring large vehicles. The parking is tight which we knew ahead of time. We parked as close to the wall as possible and still ended up with a door ding. It has nothing to do with this specific unit or with Gretas rentals but future renters should know ahead of time and be prepared.

Everything was absolutely perfect except the couches could be a little more comfortable. The beds were great and I will take that over the couch anyday. The views were incredible, especially it being a corner unit. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views

This was the first time staying at tropic winds. Condo overall was nice. We loved the balcony. Very spacious with beautiful views. Greta’s rental service was a dream to work with very accommodating and communicative. Beds were very comfortable. The not so good parts would be the living room furniture is not comfortable. It rained one day while we were there and we watched a movie as a family and it’s just not comfy. Parking deck is extremely tight. Reserved parking spot is even tighter. It’s a plus to have reserved parking though it just very hard to navigate the parking with a large suv or truck. On site staff very friendly and helpful and the condo has everything you would need for your trip. Loved the reserved beach chairs and unit also had extra chairs that u could carry to the beach. Overall nice unit. Liked tropic winds due to it being a smaller property, no wait for the elevators.

Better Than Listing

This property was even better than its listing. Owner has a great idea of what guests need - the condo is equipped with all necessary kitchen items, towels, beach chairs, beach toys, and a frozen margarita machine. The condo is in great condition, just like the listing pictures. The added bonus was a first floor parking spot across very near the elevators. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Stay!

This was my first VRBO experience and it was fantastic! The parking spot that came with the unit was probably the best spot in the parking garage located just outside the elevator which was awesome! However, we brought a GMC 2500 truck and it was too large to get into the space (totally our fault). We reached out to Riley, the Property Manager, and he arranged a swap with another unit so we could park just outside in the lot which was a lifesaver. The views from the balcony were even better than the pictures. Gorgeous unit!

Casual elegance

The accommodations were perfect for our family of 4. The unit is nicely decorated with furniture that is comfortable for lounging. The color schemes and beautiful floors elevate the decor. The property manager was very responsive. Would stay here again.

Amazing vacation and rental

This was our first time ever renting a condo and I would be lying to say I wasn’t nervous. This unit was in immaculate condition and in a perfect location. The pictures were 100 percent and irate on what was delivered to us. The balcony was enough to make anyone jealous! Amazing views and well kept and comfortable furniture. The unit had all of the necessary amenities for cooking a meal. We had an amazing time and enjoyed our stay. We would for sure book this unit again in the future.
