This beautiful light filled end unit is centrally located in the premier gated community of Barrier Dunes on Cape San Blas with palm trees, stocked fishing ponds, tennis courts, playground, clubhouse, and beach boardwalks, and 2 outdoor pools. The adjacent beach with its sugary white sand fronting the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico is a 2 minute walk away. Our unit has faux wood plank flooring throughout the main level: living/dining room, with new sleeper sofa and love seat; brand new 55 inch Smart TV with built in Roku. (Oct 2022). The dining table (which seats 4 or expands to 6), plus 2 bar stools, to the well stocked kitchen which has a brand new electric range and microwave (May 2023); and a full bathroom and bedroom with a brand new queen size bed. The upstairs carpeted master bedroom suite has a king size bed, vaulted ceiling, private balcony, walk-in closet a double vanity & separate bath room with stand alone shower, soaking tub & toilet. Patio table & chairs and new gas grill on the porch are provided Outdoor shower is in the carport area. Opportunities are near at hand: fishing, shelling, swimming, biking on 3 miles of paved bike paths, and enjoying 8 miles of one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Barrier Dunes is adjacent to St. Joe Peninsula State Park. Come and share this piece of paradise.

Great weekend/great place!
Really enjoyed our 2 nights on Cape San Blas at this property. Kitchen had all we needed to cook dinner and breakfast. Very comfortable master King bed. Easy walk to beach. Very clean. Nice drive to Port St Joe for dinner in their restaurant/Main Street area. We loved that it has more than St George Island but much less crowded than PCB or Destin. Would certainly stay again.
