Debe tener más de 25 años de edad para reservar. El segundo y tercer piso de la casa 'TLC 5' es una casa de dos dormitorios y 4 baños con capacidad para 16 personas. Ubicado en el piso principal hay una cocina totalmente equipada, un comedor y una amplia sala de estar con amplios asientos y un televisor de pantalla plana en la pared con sofá cama tamaño queen. El acceso al balcón desde la sala de estar ofrece unas vistas majestuosas de las aguas color esmeralda y las playas vírgenes de arena blanca.
La suite principal está bien equipada con una cama tamaño king, una sala de estar y acceso al balcón desde donde se puede disfrutar de las impresionantes puestas de sol. El baño de conexión está equipado con una gran bañera, ducha y tocadores para él y para ella. El primer dormitorio de invitados cuenta con una cama queen con baño completo, el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama queen y el cuarto dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales. El tercer y cuarto dormitorio comparten un baño completo de Jack & Jill. Construido en literas son adyacentes a la primera habitación de invitados.
El segundo piso o esta casa consta de un dormitorio tipo loft con vista a la amplia sala de estar, y cuenta con dos camas tamaño queen, una sala de televisión separada con un sofá cama doble y un baño completo. Misleading Pics

This is a 2 story with loft unit. From the pics online, I thought we were getting the whole house but it was only the second floor with loft is what we rented so another family had the bottom floor. The online pics are not updated pics. The house needs painting, the property needs a good cleaning and bushes needs to be trimmed, and grill area needs cleaning and a lot of maintenance issues needs to be addressed. The main thing is the air conditioning unit did not work at all. When we arrived, the temp was 75 degrees and I thought it was because the cleaning crew just finished cleaning but I was wrong. It got up to 79 degrees inside at night and we were all miserable trying to sleep that hot. I will say the host was very nice and did try everything to fix the issue. He sent 4 or 5 AC guys out to try and fix unit and eventually the last night we stayed the air finally got cool down to 71 degrees even though we had it set on 68 degrees. We stayed from Sunday-Saturday (6 nights) and are supposed to get refunded a nights stay because of our troubles but honestly we just wanted a cool house to sleep in and stay in but that wasn’t the case. And what really makes me mad is the new guest that stayed down stairs told us that when they stayed their before, the people up stairs had the same problem a year ago so apparently this has been an ongoing issue that the owner will not get fixed or repaired properly. This place has the potential to be an awesome place if it was updated a little.

Beachfront Week Away

Todd & Amy were responsive hosts. Had plenty of room for 5 couples and great location right on the beach. Loved sitting on the balcony even in the rain. 4 stars just for need to do some maintenance things after the busy summer season.

Simply Amazing

Todd and Kim were absolutely wonderful!!!!! They were available with any issues. Made sure to bring extra towels and a stock pot for a shrimp boil. The house was beautiful!!!!!! Had everything you could possibly need. We had all rooms full and never felt like we were on top of each other. Super convenient to the beach.

Decent house, need better cleaning

The location was great, the layout of the house was amazing. Otherwise needs better cleaning, dust buildup under beds, fans, and moldy shower curtains.

House needs a lot of TLC and upgrades

House was very dusty and sheets were sandy. AC wasn’t working stayed at 78 . This is not one house it is 2 units and ours was the top unit which the whole reason I rented was rooms on the main floor to avoid stairs for my 70 yr mother and my blown knee. Stove top burners disgusting and two mornings saw roaches dishwasher leaks dryer takes 3 times to dry a load shower leaks and balcony chairs need to be replaced. Todd the manager was very accommodating by sending a AC tech out along with a Pest control company. The loft they show is great for extra space however you’ll feel like you’re in a sauna for the week we purchased 4 box fans, bug and cleaning spray for the price especially the cleaning fee that’s ridiculous. The view however.... absolutely beautiful along with the access to the beach. The pool... pictures are decieving wasn’t worth the walk to sit in a crowded small pool to share with other houses. The communication was great. Although the last text on our last night was kinda creepy my sister in law got married in the beach in front of our house which was not planned when booking this and the text congratulated the bride n groom ( Big Brother ) ?!? Who knows ?!? I have nothing to hide but just felt we were being watched after that one! At least it was the last night! I think the fact the house is for sale maybe why they’re not putting much into it... overall great week on the beach however we won’t return
