We loved our stay at Edgewater Beach so much that we have already booked our stay there for next year! The view we had from our balcony was of the beautiful landscaping around the pool and a perfect view of the beach & amazing sunsets. The interior was fresh, comfortable and set the mood for our vacation. The kitchen was very well stocked and we loved that it had 2 full bathrooms. The resort itself had a yummy restaurant & little store to pick up items or grab a coffee or snack. We loved it!!

We selected this property because it was described as recently renovated, and it truly was very well renovated and maintained compared to many we had viewed on the site. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels brand new. We had everything we needed for an easy and comfortable stay. The 3rd floor location provided a beautiful view of the Gulf and the pool area. An extra bonus was the electric grill and comfortable chairs on the patio.Loved the combo coffee maker so we could use pods as well as grounds. (Remember to bring your own coffee filters, as well as coffee, since there are none provided.)Also bring your own salt and pepper. We were accustomed to another property rental company in Europe where these are usually provided (although for safety, I understand why they are not provided for safety reasons)Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This condo was fantastic. The condo was the cleanest we have stepped foot in to date. It looks just like the pictures and is well appointed. We especially appreciated the extra attention to the little details, like having power strips available on each side of the bed and having fans available to help move air. Each bath room had more than enough linens and the kitchen was well stocked.When I made contact with the host, they were very responsive and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in this condo!

My wife and I recently rented this unit and I have to tell you it was everything they said it was and more. The unit is really spacious and very well decorated. The bed was super comfortable and so was all of the furniture in the living room including the recliner to relax in every night! We have been going to Panama City for over 30 years and have stayed at Edgewater many times but this is the cleanest unit we have ever stayed in. The check in and out process is effortless and you can bet we will be back renting this unit again! Thank you for the amazing accommodations and great communication!

Best condo we’ve had the pleasure of staying at since coming to edgewater resort. We have stayed in 4 other condos in tower 1 and 1 condo in tower 2. We will definitely be back to stay in this condo! Not a single complaint. Everything was updated, very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Had the option to check in early, too. Highly recommend!

Everything was good. I know it’s not your fault but the house cleaning people were standing at the door at 8:45 AM asking us when we were leaving. We did check out earlier. I told her we would be leaving in about 30 minutes, but aren’t checkout time wasn’t until 10 AM. I know they probably don’t know all the different checkout times
