The living room is comfortably arranged with a plush sitting group perfect for a lazy day watching movies on the wide screen television or an afternoon siesta on sofa. In between enjoying the many restaurants in and around Rosemary Beach, a fully equipped kitchen allows for even the most discerning of chefs to whip up a masterful meal to the delight of guests. Everything's to be found from frying pans to filet knives.

If you've ever awakened to the sounds of the many birds that call Rosemary home, you now have an opportunity to maybe spot a few up close as this third floor flat is literally in the trees just across from St. Augustine Park. Smooth experience

Check in was easy as well as check out. Nice to have a real office for that. As far as the unit, no complaints whatsoever. We did use the elevator which came in very handy during the summer heat.

We checked into the condo with the highest of hopes. Moving six people into the third floor condo makes you work up a sweat and the owners don’t allow the thermostat to go lower than 72 degrees. We were hot, sweaty and tired. I called to ask them to lower it a bit and they refused. Wish this had been in the bio about the property and many who enjoy a cool space in the Florida summer might skip this one.
