The Space:

*The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Mar 2026). Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. Please verify with us IF you will have access to your balcony during your stay. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided. The indoor hot tub will be closed for renovations until further notice. The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM.

IMPORTANT:

Per PCB Ordinance 1632, the maximum occupancy is 5 guests, INCLUDING children and infants. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in fines and ejection.    VRC# 62376

Complaints

Hello, we have water flies in our room everywhere. I spilt something on the floor and when I wiped it up the floor was nasty. I mean dirty..... Also the tub backs up. The shower and baseboards where also really dirty we did not complain because we felt like that the amount of money we are paying for housekeeping it should’ve been a heck of a lot better job done.
